MY 32nd OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL
The treachery of Raji Sourani is mainly due to his refusal to use his office as ICJ Executive Committee member to initiate protest action against the ongoing torture of my daughter, of my son and of myself by the zionist Gestapo here in Australia, despite my many appeals/requests to him. It would have been his duty to initiate such action not only because he represent the Palestinians on the ICJ, and because the culprits are the zionists, the Palestinians enemies, but even if he would have have been on the ICJ as a private individual.
Being on the ICJ as a Palestinian representative doubles Sourani's duty to act, because the three of us are not the only victims of the zionist Gestapo. There have been thousands of Palestinian patriots who have been - and many still are ! - victims of zionist torture in occupied Palestine. These hideous terrorist torture activities by the zionist Gestapo are grave violations of the rule of law both by the zionist apartheid regime of Israel, and here in Austraia also by the Australian government which allows the torture. Hence the ICJ duty to strongly protest these violations of the rule of law, a duty to defend the rule of law ,which the ICJ has undertaken since its formation.
I therefore complained to ICJ-Australia some 6 months ago, but its functionaries have ignored my appeals/complaints.Here are again my appeals to ICJ-Australia :

Shortly after my first letter to ICJ Australia President the Welcome Page has vanished from ICJ Australia website. Of great importance and of particular relevance is the passage I emphasized in red when quoting that Welcome Page . It reads :
"ICJ Australia calls on all lawyers and other jurists in Australia and around the world to use their specialised knowledge and expertise to forthrightly promote the inalienable rights of all people that can only be truly protected through the rule of law."
This quotation, as well as the rest of the Welcome page, have been the essence of the ICJ formation and the very reason for its continued existence. So why did the leaders of ICJ Australia decide now to delete this Welcome Page from the ICJ website now ? Do they mean to state that they no longer object to violations of the rule of law in Australia , and that victims of such violations are no longer welcome by ICJ Australia ?
It is now more than a week since ICJ Australia President got my first letter to him, but so far I have had no reply from him. Why ? Is he hostile to me for complaing against violations of the rule of law in Australia by ASIO ? If so, why would he not have the courtesy to explain that in a reply to my letter ?
I ask the ICJ Australia leaders to make their position clear to all Australians, and without delay. In my own, my daughter's and my son's cases I wish to remind them that at stake is our very survival which continues to be threatened by zionist terrorism against us !

the quotation below is from the Welcome Page of ICJ Australia which led me to trust what it states there, namely, that "ICJ Australia is the country's pre-eminent legal non-governmental organisation dedicated to the protection and promotion of human rights through the rule of law." On the 30th Jul 2009 I emailed my letter to the president of the ICJ, with copies to the email address of ICJ here and internationally (a copy of the letter follows below the ICJ quotation). So far I have had no reply to my letter from any of them, not even a confirmation of its receipt.

it is now almost 8 months since my first open letter to the Attorney-General of Australia complaining against ASIO collaboration in the torture of myself and my daughter and my son by Israel's clandestine arm (the zionist Gestapo) here in Australia. Copies of my letters were emailed to the Prime Minister of Australia and to some members of the federal government, as well as to the official ICJ Australia email address. No reply has been received so far from any of them, and it has been a source of deep concern for myself, as this ongoing zionist terrorism against me and against my daughter and my son is a flagrant violation of the rule of law in Australia.
On February 16th 2009 the Eminent Jurists Panel released their report 'Assessing damage, Urging Action' to enable governments "to re-examine laws and ensure that the high standards of Australia's rule of law has not been unnecessarily trampled by the political imperative to be seen to be doing something" (according to your own statement). In my complaint to the Attorney-General I have repeatedly emphasised this aspect of rule of law violations by ASIO, as well as the violation of Australia's sovereignty by a foreign government with the collaboration od ASIO. Above all for your attention is the contempt of ASIO for the rule of law, and its insolent disregard for my complaints, as if it is above the law and unaccountable.
I therefore ask you to urgently protest these violations of the rule of law by ASIO in Australia, and to make your protest known to the Attorney-General and to the Prime Minister of Australia.

The only hope left for us is the protest intervention by ICJ !
ICJ should be reminded of the specific provisions of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, articles 3 and 5 :
"Article 3.
- Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person."
"Article 5.
- No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."
