MY 40th OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

The ongoing zionist Gestapo torture of my daughter, of my son and of myself continues unabated here in Australia, and with it the betrayal of the three of us by the Palestinians to the zionist enemy.

There has not been any response from any of the Palestinians to our torture, nor to my over one year of calls for protests against these terrorist zionist tortures.

It is obvious that the zionist apartheid regime of Israel is hell bent on our torture to death; as is obvious the Australian government's collaboration ( via ASIO ) in this deadly zionist terrorism ; as is obvious the collusion of ICJ-Australia in these flagrant violations of the rule of law here. Hence the moral obligation on the Palestinians, an obligation they cannot ignore !

The very fact that the three of us have been tortured (till death !) by the zionist Gestapo places a burden of solidarity on the Palestinians, a moral obligation which should be equal to the solidarity I have shown to them over the past 45 years ! The pro-zionist attitudes of the Australian government, and of ICJ-Australia, increase further the moral burden of solidarity which weighs on the Palestinians. It certainly is a heavy moral obligation on the Palestinian representative at the ICJ Executive Committee to initiate protest action by the ICJ !

The ICJ has very solid grounds for intervention to stop the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violations of the rule of law. Therefore a Palestinian representative on the ICJ Executive Committee initiative for protest action by the ICJ still has a very good chance of success to stop the zionist Gestapo's terrorist torture of the three of us here in Australia.

The Australian Attorney-General's website purports to adhere to the international conventions against torture and against human rights violations ( see : http://www.ag.gov.au/humanrights ), yet in reality the Australian government approves of ASIO's collaboration with the zionist Gestapo's torture of the three of us here in Australia. I have emailed 76 open letters to the Australian Attorney-General (see : http://5thautobiography.blogspot.com/ ) but he still refuses to stop ASIO's violations of the rule of law.

As a result of these collusions by the Australian government and ICJ with the zionist apartheid regime of Israel, and due to the betrayal of the three of us to the zionist enemy by the Palestinians, the only avenue for help left is to ask all people of good will around the world to protest these terrorist zionist tortures and demand that they stop now !
Any people of good will who wish to help stop the zionist Gestapo torture should immediately

• demand of the Attorney-General of Australia to instruct ASIO to defend the three of us against this ongoing zionist Gestapo terrorism here in Australia;rather than collaborate with the zionist Gestapo, as it has done sofar.
  

• demand of ICJ-Australia to protest the violations of the rule of law by ASIO by its collaboration in our torture.
  

• demand of the Palestinian leaders to replace Raji Sourani at the ICJ Executive Committee and at FIDH with a honest and patriotic Palestinian representative who would initiate protest action by the ICJ ,demanding an immediate end to our ongoing torture by the zionist Gestapo.
