The real fact is the age old enmity between Pakistan and India. And we, the people of the country is becoming "bolir patha". The real fact is that the reactionary people are working for Pakistan. Pakistany intelligence is paying those reactionary peoples. these reactionary people being paid by Pakistan intelligence so that a Taliban government, like the then Al-qayeda government of Afganistan, can be established in Bangladesh. Pakistan intelligence wants a Taliban state in Bangladesh so that Bangladesh can be used as a route and godown of arms & drug for supplying the same to the separists, terrorists and extremists in India. Pakistan intelligence wants to use Bangladesh for training sector of terrorist and extremist for fighting India from different angle. Drug is a means of easy earning money for the terrorists and extremists. For these purposes, Pakistan intelligence is trying their heart and soul to convert Bangladesh into a Taliban like state. If a Taliban government is established in Bangladesh the easily Pakistan will be able to abuse Islam to create a training place of muzahidin like Afganistan to destabilize this part of world and India will be weaker position to Pakistan on negotiaton table and Pakistan shall have upper hand. But this situation of Taliban government will not give any dividend to Bangladesh. Bangladesh will only be used by Pakistant for the benefits of Pakistan, like 1965 war caused death of Bengali soldiers but benefited only Pakistan not Bangladesh. Some reactionary people hiding even inside BNP for money is now working for Pakustany intelligence to establish a Taliban government in Bangladesh by spreading hatred amongst Muslim brothers and amongst Muslims and minorities. They being paid by Pakistany intelligence is spreading communal hatred in the name of Islam. Everyone will see that death of human being does not rankle the heart of them, but they say killing is for saving Islam. Does islam support burning Quran Sharif? Answer is no. Does Islam support killing of people? Answer is no. Does Islam support killing if minority? Answer is no. Does islam support destroying and burning property of state and others? answer is no. Does Islam support suppressing women's rights? Answer is no. Does Islam support angry armed mob to kill police? Answer is no. Does Islam support self defense of police against angry armed mob? Answer us yes. Does Islam support the idea of seeing face of Saidi on moon? Answer is no. Does Islam support calling a large section of people of Muslim society as nastik only because they support political ideas of secularism or other parties as opposed to Jamayat? Answer is no. All these anti-Islamic acts are being perpetrated by these reactionary people on the pretext of International Crime tribunal by abusing Islam for the purpose of establishing Taliban state here in the interest of Pakistan. These reactionary people are conspiring against Bangladesh and Islam. They are enemy of Islam. Ultimately they will give a bad name to Islam by creating another al-qayeda in Bangladesh. Only for money they are engaged themselves in the relentless effort to sell the interest of Bangladesh. Already due to Nafis, all bangladeshi students are looked at in eye of doubt in American society. We are being equated with Pakistanis and other extremist. Due to further Taliban like activities of these reactionary people, we will be further in trouble in European and American countries. Another impetus has been added due to Boston blasts, which exposed the futile mind set of the extremist Islamists. These reactionary peoples in our country have assumed the orderly responsibility to make this country Taliban state of laden. These reactionary people are in fact a paid agent of Pakistany intelligence. But BNP is joining these reactionaries in the guise of hefajat only for gaining state power.

    • SoibalChowdhury New At the outset it is to be made very clear that as a Muslim and all true follower of Muslim must not approve any person who tries to ridicule and offend our prophet Rasulullah (PBUH) and Islam. Now question is how to react against a person who offends sentiment if our religion? Islam does not prescribe killing of those who raise war of words. Islam says to employ equal punishment, which implies that we shall raise war of words against their (atheist) war of words. But as a Muslim we can use abusive words in the manner some atheists use to defame our prophet Rasulullah (PBUH) and Islam. So we have rebut their (atheists) defamatory statements with logic and reasons. However for them worst punishment is waiting afterword their death. Now what about imprisonment and capital punishment for defaming Islam and our prophet Rasulullah (PBUH)? As has been stated above Quran does not provide killing of such person (atheist) ridiculing Islam and Rasulullah (PBUH). But in England, English legal system actually in their jurisdiction actually introduced blasphemy laws, under which a person defaming Christianity or Jesus is punished by imprisonment. This is actually invention of secular idea to punish a person defaming Christianity and Jesus on the ground of protecting public order as there is preponderance of chartism. In indian subcontinent, British empire actually introduced a law for punishing a person if he hurts feelings of others religious sentiment, as at the relevant time Muslims and Hindus would try to hurt other' religious feeling. That law under Penal Code is still being continued till today. So under secular idea an atheist hurting religious sentiment is liable to be punishment for maintaining public order.

      Now 13 points demand of Hefajat. In this respect it has be differentiated, whether the people of country compelled to comply the said demands by introducing law having statutory consequence of not following the same or whether the said demands have to be comply with by Muslims voluntarily in their personal life as precepts of Islam if they personally wish to so abide by. We do not concur with statutory sanction for complying any precept of Islam. In fact for complying the precepts of Islam no legal compulsion is required. Say for example, one Muslim lady likes Hizab and in Bangladesh no law or none is preventing her to perform Hizab. Another Muslim lady does not perform Hizab. I think such lady not performing Hizab should not be punished by law of land for not performing Hizab, as it is her personal choice. Further, there are many schools which have co-education system including manarat run by Jamayat. There are also many school which are exclusively for either boys or girls. So parents who wan to follow precept of Islam strictly may send their daughter to the school exclusive for girls only and none will prevent them. But those Muslims or even non-Muslims who do not mind to send their children to co-education, should not be restricted and punished, as it is their personal choice. 

      Sculptures and worship of idol is not same. Demolition of sculptures appears to be an uncivilized act.

      Laws of Bangladesh does not compel a lady to come outside and mix with men. It's the personal choice of women to remain at home. But a women must be at liberty to do job side by side the men. In Islamic bank many women are working with men. 

      If Dr. Zakir Nayek can preach Islam in the non-Muslim countries, Bangladesh can not prohibit Christians to preach their religion in Bangladesh. Alkah almighty is thyself the protector of Islam. Rather like Dr. Nayek, all allamas, olamas and muftis should preach Islam and explain Islam to public at large so the muslim people of country be more inclined to perform precepts of Islam in their life. However forceful conversion into a religion is an offence. If any Christian missionary convert someone forcefully then they can be prosecuted under law of the land.

      Well, now some of you may think that whether Islam and secularism is conflicting. I believe in the fact that Islam and secularism is not conflicting. You may believe that secularism allows "individual liberty", in other words allowing a person to do whatever he/she likes, which Islam does not allow. You may be sometimes confused with the perspective of secularism. You may also be confused with the concept of a state to be secular. A person in his personal life can not be secular. A person can be believer in any religion. A person can be atheist, who does not believe in existence of any god or supernatural power. A person can be agnostic, who does not profess of non existence of god, but at the same time he/she is indeferent of any religion. This are of personal issues. Secularism allows "individual/personal liberty" is absolutely true. At the same time Islam restricts many types of "individual/personal liberty" is also true. Still Islam and secularism are not conflicting for the reasons stated hereinafter. Islam restricts a Muslim not to pig (suyor). Pig is haram for muslims. This is certainly a restriction upon "personal/individual liberty" of a person. Now is a muslim eats pig, what will be the consequence. Secularism says that if a muslim eat pig, then state shall not punish the said person for eating pig, rather his religious fellows shall shun to mix with him by way if social action, and state shall not interfere. Furthe Islam prohibits a muslim from making will more that his one-third of his property. This a more intensive type of restriction. Secularism ensures that a person can peruse their own religious law in their respective succession of property. See for succession of your property as muslim you are enforcing Islamic principle of succession as law. Because it is your personal affairs, and secularism means that in your personal affairs state will not interfere and your religious principle will be enforceable so long you intend to bind the same upon yourself. So you will not be able to show me even a single instance that any of your religious principle, you can not perform in a secular state. Bangladesh is a secular state. In Bangladesh, as on today, which of the Islamic duty u have been failed to perform. You will not be able to show one. So where is the conflict between secularism and Islam. Now you show me some realistic conflict in between secularism and Islam out of you practical life in Bangladesh as on today. I think all of you including me are perfectly performing the precepts of Islam in your/our personal life without any hindrance.
