Ashok Agarwal 2:18pm Dec 22 After hearing my arguments that the GOI and Delhi Govt guidelines on nursery admissions instead of implementing the provisions of RTE Act, 2009 has literally dismantled the provisions of the Act, a Division Bench headed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice directed notices to the GOI, HRD Ministry and Delhi Government to submit their replies to the PIL within 2 weeks and the matter has been listed for 15.03.2010 for final hearing.
