Contempt petition against the Delhi Chief Secretary relating to failure on the part of the Delhi Govt to implement Delhi High Court Order on rule of minimum age of 4+ yrs for a child to enter into a formal school will be heard today (23.12.2010) by Justice G. S. Sistani of Delhi High Court.
