Afghan Taliban and al-Qaeda are the products of Afghan Jihad against Soviet forces created and supported by CIA. Afghan Taliban led by Mullah Omar and Osama led Al-Qaeda are allies despite having conflicting agendas. Former are nationalist Islamists wanting to liberate their country from foreign occupation. They do not have an agenda to harm any other country but are aggrieved since they were ditched by Americans after using them as canon fodder to defeat Soviet forces and then deprived of their rule, rendered homeless and declared as outcasts despite having no connection with 9/11.
 
 
Let Supreme Court of Pakistan take suo moto notice against the water and power minister Raja Pervez Ashraf for imposing rental power plants on Pakistan to overcome the acute power shortage in the country. His second unpardonable offense is to derail or hamper the offer of electricity supply by Iran. Iran has offered Pakistan up to 2270 MG way back in 2008 to beef up the indigenous power production and to offset the shortage that has brewed up an unremitting social and economic chaos.
 
The Iranian ambassador in Pakistan Mashallah Shakiri has been knocking at every door including that of the president and the prime minister with an offer of concomitant concessions about the price etc. He has been reportedly cold shouldered by everyone leaving him in a state of utter amazement as to why Iran's well intentioned help is not being given positive response all the more when Pakistan badly needed such augmentation of energy.
 
 
The world is ruled by the human motives or intentions. There is common cliché that you can take the horse to well but cannot force him to drink the water. Pakistan is a victim of Kashmir cause, water piracy and a multitude of other issues but India does not want to talk. New Delhi has created the myth, out of nothing and intends to beat about the bush, by involving Mumbai firing a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma, staged live by intelligence machination to play mockery with the international conscious. By killing dozens of foreigners, it tried to give credence and credibility to prove that it too has the capability and courage to demonstrate such inhuman action. Besides, gauging the international response as part of multi-purpose exercise, one of its objectives was to    erect a hate-wall between the two countries, to upset peace process in the subcontinent. Till some fact finding independent commission does not approve, Indian charges of terrorism would remain a controversial subject  as a launching pad for her bizarre propaganda blitz against Islamabad.
