The six unaided private schools of Delhi to whom notices have been issued for violation of RTE Act, 2009 in the matter of admission to an EWS student are: Fr. Agnel School, (2) St. Anthony Sr. Secondary School, (3) Manav Bharati India International School, (4) Delhi Police Public School, (5) Apeejay School and (6) Laxman Public School. The High Court has asked Director of Education, Govt of Delhi to hold enquiry into the matter and submits its report in the Court on http://www.facebook.com/l/bbe34uUK4er-MkVqFG8F82SeXeQ/11.03.2011, the next date of hearing.
