If officially & unofficially case of disaster affected public may b taken seriously, it can prove too easy to rehab late them via launching disaster funds under the control of well known honest capable economists & Judges. For proper management of funds all international-official & unofficial funds (via NGO;s) may be handed over to disaster management committee. For which funds can b raised via: 1. 20% may b deducted from the total salary of Govt officials(17 scale to president),also all their benefits like TA,DA…..may b stopped & diverted for disaster funds. 2. Heavy disaster taxes may be introduced & imposed for tycoons by the Govt. 3. For all land & mobile calls Rs.0.50 may b imposed as disaster funds. 4. In utility bills for all huge bunglas Rs 100 may b added as disaster funds. (As it is too easy for Pak bill operators, being on spiritual-Educational-Charity visit to far-flung areas my office in Pakistan was completely closed for more than forty days…but on return received huge electricity bill, wd fuel charges of Zardare,Galane or Raja Ashraf) 5. Heavy disaster taxes may be imposed on all luxury items of official/unofficial high cadres, who have or r looting our Pak land. 6. Plots or any other benefits given to politicians-generals-bear crates-including dignities from civil society may b diverted for disaster funds. 7.
