Chitti Singhpora Massacre: Probe probably over, Govt hiding CBI Report?

In our study of the above case we found that the CBI Director had on September 30, 2005 remarked that he was expecting the CBI report the following week. We have reason to believe that the CBI must have completed the report by now in any case. We had accordingly sent a query to Ministry of Home Affairs Govt of India under the RTI Act on 7-7-10 about the CBI report. It is more than a month now and the Ministry has preferred silence on this. We therefore believe that the Govt is deliberately hiding CBI report. We can therefore infer that the massacre of 35 Sikhs in Kashmir was handiwork of some Govt agency.

We have requested all the Punjab MPs to raise this issue in Parliament seeking justice for the victims. The request has also been sent to all Punjab MLAs.

(WE WANT JUSTICE FOR CHITTISINGHPORA MASSACRE)

Remember on March 20, 2000, Bill Clinton's visit to India, 35 Sikhs of Chattisinghpura, Kashmir, were massacred by unidentified gunmen. Congressite Sikhs had made a ferocious demonstration before the Pakistan High Commission New Delhi. Now the even the ex-Chief Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah has also hinted that role of the then Central Govt was suspicious.
