MY 130th OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

Fooled by Uri Avnery and by other zionist impostors since its inception Ma'an, the semi official Palestinian news agency, again publishes a pro-zionist article, and without reservation too (see : http://www.maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=301158 ). This time the author is a British journalist who lives in Nazareth, Jonathan Cook. Under the title, One-state debate explodes Zionist left myth, Cook attempts to sensationalise a state of affairs which does not exist in reality under the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. He says that the zionist "Right" is supporting a one state solution to the zionist conflict in Palestine, whereas the zionist "Left" is opposed to it.

Cook, and along with him the Palestinian leaders and Ma'an's editors, are making two major mistakes. First, there is no Right or Left under the zionist apartheid regime of Israel; there are only zionists and fanatical zionists (with the exception of the Palestinian minority there). The fanatical zionists want a one zionist state all over Palestine, which would legitimise all the illegal zionist settlements, and the theft of Palestinian land. The non-fanatical zionists want the continuation of the status quo, with the continued support of the USA rulers. The second mistake is the misinterpretation of statements by fanatical zionist leaders.

Cook contradicts himself by making the following comment towards the end of the article :

"We should not romanticize these Likud converts. They are not speaking of the "state of all its citizens" demanded by Israel's tiny group of Jewish non-Zionists. Most would require that Palestinians accept life in a state dominated by Jews. Arens, for example, wants to exclude the 1.5 million Palestinians of Gaza from citizenship to gerrymander his Jewish-majority state for a few more decades. None seems to be considering including a right of return for the millions of Palestinian refugees. And almost all of them would expect citizenship to be conditional on loyalty, recreating for new Palestinian citizens the same problematic relationship to a Jewish state endured by the current Palestinian minority inside Israel." (Emphasis added - B.M.)

The track record of the Palestinian leaders does not inspire any respect for them. It is no mere coincidence, therefore, that Ma'an publishes Cook's article, and without any comment or reservation. This further explains their approval of Raji Sourani's betrayal of myself and my children to the ongoing torture by the zionist Gestapo here in Australia.

Obviously, with every passing day of Palestinian betrayal of my daughter, of my son and of myself to the zionist Gestapo; and with every passing day of the zionist Gestapo's ongoing deadly torture of us; and with every passing day of treachery by Raji Sourani and his cronies the Palestinian cause is diminished, the international solidarity with it is shrinking, and the Palestinian self inflicted disasters would multiply.

Under such circumstances the only hope left for us is the solidarity protests by all people of good will around the world.

I therefore ask again every reader to send immediately protest messages to the following email addresses, and with a copy to my email address (ben.merhav@gmail.com or benjaminmerhav@hotmail.com ).

1. to the Australian government (email  Julia.Gillard.MP@aph.gov.au;r.mcclelland.mp@aph.gov.au) a message along the following lines :

" I protest the continuous torture of the Australian citizen Benjamin Merhav by sleep deprivation and his daughter and son by psychiatric torture in Melbourne, Australia.

This torture is perpetrated against Benjamin Merhav directly by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo), and indirectly by the same culprit against Benjamin's daughter and son.

I demand that the Australian government instruct ASIO to protect these Australian citizens, and stop these terrorist crimes by a foreign government on Australian soil immediately !"

2. to ICJ-Australia and ICJ Secretariat (email president@icj-aust.org.au,chair@icj-aust.org.au,sec-gen@icj-aust.org.au,
info@icj.dk,info@icj.org ) a message along the following lines :

"I protest your refusal to investigate Benjamin Merhav's complaint against the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violation of the rule of law in Australia, regarding the continuous torture in Melbourne of himself, his daughter and his son , all Australian citizens, by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo).

I demand your immediate intervention to protect these Australian citizens, to stop the perpetration of these terrorist crimes In Australia, and to end these violations of the rule of law by the Australian government in Australia."

3. to the PCHR and to all the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine ( email english@palestine-info.co.uk ;
pchr@pchrgaza.org ) message along the following
lines :

"I protest the betrayal of Benjamin Merhav by Raji Sourani to the zionist Gestapo's torture. I demand Sourani's replacement on the ICJ and on FIDH with a honest Palestinian patriot who would initiate protest action against the torture of Benjamin Merhav, his daughter, and his son by the zionist Gestapo in Australia.

I demand that the Palestinian leaders encourage Palestinians and their supporters to protest this ongoing terrorist torture by the zionist Gestapo, and to demand that it should stop immediately."
