Isn't it exciting!!!? Energy Healing truly is the new frontier in the healing arts. And what a wonderful age we live in when we can actually heal ourselves of physical and psychological ailments using nothing more than our own hands on our own body, and focusing our brain upon the desired result. And it happens. We get healed! We restore health to our ailing body. We restore peace to our troubled mind.
This wonderful technique has its basis in Einstein's theory of energy and matter. And it is so simple a child can do it!

The whole secret to this simple technique is bringing the Subconscious brain into congruency with the thoughts and wishes of the Conscious Brain. This can be accomplished with years of counseling, or it can be done in minutes with this process.
Your Subconscious Brain controls all that goes on in your body and in your life. Your Conscious Brain controls your movements, muscles, choices, etc. However, when the Conscious Brain chooses something that the Subconscious Brain is not in agreement with, nothing happens.
For instance, have you ever decided to change a habit or lose weight? You have every good intention of doing it, but in a few days or a few weeks, your determination disappears and you go back to your old ways? This phenomenon is called Psychological Reversal. It is your Subconscious sabotaging your Conscious mind's desires.
Your Subconscious mind is a recorder of your words and actions, and it bases your future on your past words and actions. If you constantly say "I can't dance," your subconscious mind accepts the message and makes sure you can't, and if you try, it will make sure you don't feel comfortable doing so. Only by changing the programming you have put into your mind day after day, as you have done throughout all of your life, can you change your future. Otherwise, you will continue to go through life never being able to dance. Or speak publicly. Or swim without fear. Or whatever it is that is written in your subconscious as truth for your life.
This is why it is so important, as many coaches – both athletic coaches and life coaches such as Tony Robbins, Depak Chopra and others like them -- have learned, that you say POSITIVE things about yourself. Your subconscious is paying attention. It will create for you whatever you put into it. It is true, "We live by the words of our mouth." Our subconscious is listening for direction. It is not a judge. That is the conscious mind's job. Your Subconscious Mind merely accepts whatever you put into it. And it writes that on the walls of your mind as TRUTH. That's why affirmations work. Your brain accepts the repeated affirmation as truth and directs your body and life accordingly. Energy healing is just so MUCH faster than affirmations repeated for weeks on end.
