It becomes ridiculously outrageous when Nepal's defense secretary 'defends' saying -'no military force has been mobilized' in Tikapur, west Nepal Terai. And a writ-petition is now filed in the country's supreme court against what is understood, according to the deputy-prime-minister that the military is 'indeed' deployed down there !

भाद्र १०, २०७२- रक्षा सचिव ईश्वरीप्रसाद पौडेलले आन्दोलनरत क्षेत्रमा नेपाली सेना परिचालन नभएको बताएका छन् । कैलाली, रौतहट, सर्लाहीलगायतका जिल्लामा नेपाली सेना परिचालन भएको गृहमन्त्री वामदेव गौतमले संसद् बैठकमा बताएका थिए ।
सचिव पौडेलले भने, 'सेना परिचालनसम्बन्धी अन्तरिम संविधानले प्रष्ट व्यवस्था गरेको भन्दै सुरक्षा परिषद्को निर्णय अनुसार मन्त्रिपरिषद्को सिफारिसमा राष्ट्रपतिले मात्रै सेना परिचालन गर्नसक्न छन् ।' उनले भने, 'अहिले त्यस्तो निर्णय भएको छैन र सेना परिचालन भएको छैन, कसले कहाँ के भने मलाई थाहा छैन ।'
