People of Bengal can learn from Bihar politics how SC,ST, OBC can come into political forefront.
Their literate bahuhans are not paying heed to brahmin sweet words and not hiding their identity . Rather they are open and political power is either with OBC or with SC/STs. And then policies are made accordingly as per CM's choice.
