এবার আমরা এই স্বাধিকার আন্দোলনকে একটি পরিকল্পিত রূপ দিতে চাই। স্বাধিকার আন্দোলনের পক্ষে গঠন করতে চাই একটি কোর কমিটি। প্রতি জেলা থেকে পেতে চাই দৃঢ়চেতা বলিষ্ঠ কর্মী ও নেতা।
আমরা আন্দোলনকে আরো তীব্রতর করে তোলার জন্য আগামী মাসের দ্বিতীয় সপ্তাহে প্রত্যেক জেলার কর্মীদের নিয়ে একটি আলোচনা সভার আয়োজন করতে চাইছি।
